FACT 3: High blood pressure? You’re seven times more likely to have a stroke than someone with normal or low blood pressure.

Reducing your risk of stroke
Eat more fruit, veges, pasta, rice, eggs, fish, chicken and less salt and processed food.
Have at least two alcohol free days a week.
Keep an eye on your stress levels and being smokefree.
Get your blood pressure checked regularly.
